THE PROJECT
I'm working on a ~1:30 minute Halloween animation inspired by classic haunted-house cartoons, spooky musical sequences, and chaotic Scooby-Doo-style chases.The project will feature ghosts, monsters, haunted hallways, singing heads, strange creatures, and plenty of cartoon chaos.And your character can be part of it.This is a personal fan project I'm creating for fun and as a big animation challenge. Supporting the project helps me dedicate the time needed to complete it over the next two months — and depending on your support tier, your character can make an appearance in the finished animation.
HOW IT WORKS
Support the project → Send me your character → Find them in the final animation!There are several ways to participate, from simply having your name in the credits to getting your character fully animated in one of the main sequences.Character appearances will be adapted to fit the scene and overall style of the animation.At the end of the project, everyone will receive an animated gif or image of the character submitted as they appear in the video.

BEFORE YOU JOIN
This is a collaborative fan project, not a traditional commission.Character placement, poses and actions will be adapted to fit the animation.Complex designs may be simplified for animation.You may provide preferences, but final scene placement and choreography will be determined by the needs of the project.The planned production period is approximately two months after submissions close. Halloween is aimed as the release date.

GENERAL
This agreement applies between the artist (hereafter referred to as the “Seller”) and the client (hereafter referred to as the “Customer”) commissioning artwork (hereafter referred to as the “Product”).By purchasing a Product from the Seller, the Customer agrees to the following Terms of Service.
PAYMENTS
Work on the Product will not begin until payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed.
Some commission types may require full upfront payment. If split payments are allowed, the terms will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.All payments are non-refundable except as outlined in the Refunds section.The Customer agrees not to issue chargebacks. Doing so will result in a permanent blacklist from future commissions.
REVISIONS
The Customer is entitled to up to 3 major revisions during the sketch phase.After the artwork is completed, the Customer may request minor edits (e.g., small color changes or detail fixes), limited to approximately 10% of the original work time.
Additional revisions beyond this scope will require mutual agreement, and additional payment proportional to the requested changes.Work on extra revisions will not begin until payment is received.
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
The Product will be delivered digitally unless otherwise agreed in advance.Final files will only be delivered after full payment is received.Any alternative delivery methods (physical prints, special file formats, etc.) must be agreed upon beforehand.The Customer is responsible for any additional costs.The Seller is not responsible for:
Lost files after delivery
Email/spam/filter issues
Third-party platform failures
The Customer is responsible for properly saving and backing up the delivered Product.
USE
By default, all commissions are for personal use only. The Customer may share the artwork online with proper credit
The Customer may NOT:
Use the artwork for commercial purposes without permission or previous agreement.
Resell, reproduce, or redistribute the artwork unless previously agreed.
Commercial use requires a separate agreement and additional fees.
Strictly prohibited uses:
Political or religious content
NFTs, blockchain, or cryptocurrency-related use
AI training, datasets, or machine learning usage
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The Seller retains full copyright and ownership of the artwork.
The Seller reserves the right to:
Display the artwork in portfolios, social media, and promotional materials
The Customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only (unless otherwise agreed).
The Customer may not claim the artwork as their own or remove the Seller’s signature without permission.
REFUNDS
Full refunds may be issued if no sketch has been made for 3 consecutive months upon hiring, or no progress has been made in 4 months.
These conditions do not apply in cases of: Illness, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances
If the Customer cancels:
Before work begins → full refund
After work begins → partial refund based on work completed
Completed or nearly completed work is non-refundable
COMMUNICATION
The Customer agrees to maintain timely and clear communication.
Delays in response may:
Delay the project timeline
Be considered implicit approval of current progress
The Seller strives to maintain consistent communication to ensure expectations are met.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any commission for any reason, including:
Inappropriate requests
Harassment or disrespectful behavior
Violation of these Terms
